Wednesday 30th March 2022 saw the second Cadet Enrolment ceremony for A (Ferozeshah) Company.
This time the venue was at our Dorcan Academy Detachment.
Attending tonight’s ceremony were the Parents and Guardians of the cadets being enrolled.

The school has been very accommodating to our cadets and instructors since we opened a detachment here. Special mention must go to Astrid Broderstad, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, and Sherryl Bareham Head Teacher, who has helped massively to make the School and ACF partnership work
Cadet Experiences
The evening began with a talk from cadets at different star cadre levels about their experience as an Army Cadet. With an audience of around 50 parents and cadets, this is no easy task. Standing on stage to give a solo talk and they all did themselves, their parents, and guardians proud.
A Company OC
A Company OC Maj Lee Bampfield and CSM Jo Hearn also gave an outline of talk of cadets experience, expectations and what The Army Cadet Force has to offer.
The OC’s Certificate of Commendation
The OC also gave The OC’s Certificate of Commendation to Cadet Kowalski for his impressive start to his cadet experience showing exceptional dedication and potential to his Detachment Commander and Instructors.
The Cadet Promise
After a small interval, the cadets marched onto the stage and gave the cadet promise, with their respective Detachment Commanders. Followed by the presentation of their Cap Badge and their enrollment certificate by Lt Col White and Head Teacher Sherryl Bareham

To end the evening Lt Col White also gave an inspiring speech on achieving through the Army Cadet Experience.
