On Sunday 30th April D Company LNR ACF were cordially invited to attend Choral Evensong at All Saints Church Northampton in the week of prayer leading up to the King Charles III coronation on 6th May 2023.

Padre Major Oliver Coss led the congregation through prayer and worship joining with people of all faith to celebrate the coming coronation event. The event was attended by Northampton's Lord Lieutenant Sir James Saunders Watson and other important dignitaries and honoured guests. Lt Col Inez Bradbury and D Company Cadets attended the service representing not only the local company but Leicestershire, Northampton and Rutland Army Cadet Force.

All adults and cadets in attendance appreciated the opportunity to sit and reflect upon the good service the Monarch has done in his previous position as the Prince of Wales and look forward to seeing his continuing support of different faiths, supporting communities and promoting peace among the nations as he takes rule as King of England.
