During the weekend the cadets took part in some fieldcraft, Skill at Arms on the Scorpion Air Rifle, Drill with the 3 Star cadets taking their 3 Star drill test in which the had to drill a squad through a laid down sequence.

For some of the cadets it was their first time at the CTC and talking to them they really enjoyed it although they said they were a bit tired on the Sunday. Many of the cadets were back at the CTC and meeting up with their friends for the first time in nearly 2 years, all saying they were “sooooooo” glad to be back at cadets and they had really missed it.

We also seen 2 of our Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV) getting long over due promotion, “congratulations to them”
We can only look forward now to when the restrictions are lifted that we can get the cadets and CFAV back into our wonderful CTC.
