We have opportunities for many different types of activities here in Episkopi that are all on our doorstep!
Swimming Skills
Whilst the weather has been hot, our cadets have been utilising the Station pool. They have completed circuit training using various pool items as well as life saving foam rescue batons and the dummies. In the photos they were doing shallow and deep dive entries in an attempt to retrieve the dummy in team race style.
Living so close to the water here on Episkopi Station, it's extremely important for all the cadets to have basic swimming and lifesaving skills, and we are lucky enough to take advance of the Station pool to test out our skills and challenge each other - a bit of healthy competition is great fun!
