Strood Detachment, Kent ACF Squadron Royal Engineers, recently had a visit from Kent Police to see what they get up to. Cadets got a chance to be on the inside of a police car to see what’s inside and how it works.
They also got to wear some of the uniform to see what it felt like.
The Detachment Commander contacted Kent Police to see if they could have a talk to the cadets about their job as some of the cadets are looking at going in to the police force.
Cadets from Strood detachment really enjoyed the visit and are looking forward to the next visit.
