37 cadets from across Derbyshire attended the manufacturing industry's national event hosted by the NEC, Birmingham.
It is an exhibition that displays cutting-edge technology and includes an education zone which aims to inspire the next generation of UK engineers.

Cadets were able to speak with industry professionals and learn about the application of the hardware and range of careers available in the manufacturing sector.
A visit to the Staffordshire Regiment Museum at Whittington Barracks, the Regimental HQ of the Mercian Regiment, completed the day.
