Cambridgeshire ACF – Return to Training Key Dates

We are on the cusp of our Return to Training (RTT). There’s still a lot of detail to confirm, and some of this detail may change in line with Government guidance. But, there’s a few key dates that I want you to know now. These are ‘no earlier than’ dates:

29th March. CFAV refresher training – outdoors only, day trips allowed, no residential training, bubbles of 15 students plus staff (bubbles must endure).

12 April. CFAV residential training allowed under workplace rules, indoors and outdoors training.

26th April. Cadets and CFAVs indoors and outdoors training in bubbles of 15 plus staff.

17th May. CFAVs and Cadets – UK residential – subject to restrictions

1st September. Overseas training with restrictions on country, quarantine and vaccines likely.

You’ll have lots of questions I’m sure. All aspects of the road map for our RTT will be developed over the next few weeks. Rest assured, there will be no pressure on any cadet or CFAV to return until they are ready and able to do so. I will be writing to all parents and CFAVs with further details shortly.
