Next year, Derbyshire Army Cadet Force are heading to Gibraltar to hold their Exercise Venturer Derbyshire Rock 25.
The exercise will cater for 70 Army Cadets, and 22 Cadet Force Adult Instructors, offering many different opportunities to ensure an amazing unforgettable experience.
Of course, to be able to deliver this amazing opportunity, a team of four Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and our Training Safety Advisor headed for Gibraltar last week to carry out a recce. They engaged with many people, who will help to deliver on the exercise next year.
The team explored activities covering military and cultural studies, headed for the Lower Caves tour, checked out the water based adventurous training opportunities and headed high for the Mediterranean Steps.
A huge thank you to the team, as without this preparation, the Exercise next year could not go ahead.
