Cadets and Adults from Number 4 (Korea) Company recently attended Rock Up, an indoor high rope and climbing centre at the Chill Factor, to carry out Adventurous Training.
The obstacles tested the Cadets limits and pushed them out of their comfort zones. They built self-confidence, resilience, trust, developed teamwork and they all had great fun at the same time, with some healthy competition thrown in.
The activity has enabled many of the Cadets to pass Basic and 1 Star Adventurous Training, and for those Cadets who have already passed this subject, they have been able to record the activity in their Cadet Portal log books to go towards their Keeping Active subject.
