The No 4 (Korea) Company's Annual Christmas Reindeer Awards have become a welcome tradition. Each year, Detachment Commanders select a standout cadet from their detachment. The purpose of the award is to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work of the newest cadets.

In a fun twist, the cadets were treated to a surprise 'dance off' featuring SSI Shaun Schofield dressed as the Grinch and Major Fiona Short as a reindeer. This unexpected performance added to the enjoyment of a great night, concluding a fantastic year for both cadets and staff of No 4 (Korea) Company.
