From February 2nd to 4th, No 1 (Minden) Company Camp took place at Holcombe Moor Training Camp, focusing on training and assessment to advance cadets through the Army Cadet Syllabus. Activities included Basic Navigation, Fieldcraft, 2 & 3 Star Drill & Turnout, and leadership training.
The weekend also marked promotions, with 22 new Cadet Lance Corporals and 12 new Cadet Corporals emerging from the leadership training.
With 87 cadets present, the camp was a huge success, with all cadets expressing enjoyment of the experience.
Well done everyone and thank you to all the staff for giving up your weekend to ensure the cadets has a great time and a positive cadet experience.
