From Fieldcraft to First Aid, Cambrian Patrols to Community Events, everyone gets stuck in, takes an active role and is warmly welcomed. Here at G&P, we are extremely proud of the achievements of our women. With two female Cadet Company Sergeant Majors, a female Cadet Band Sergeant Major, a female Deputy Commandant and County Training Officer amongst other key roles, we certainly provide an environment in which everyone is able to flourish, grow and achieve.
Today, we say well done to all of the G&P family for their achievements this year and look forward to the challenges and excitement that the next year will bring. Today, we celebrate our inclusivity and diversity and the differences that make us unique.
