A very busy two days for Greater Manchester ACF new adult volunteer instructors. Over the last weekend almost 30 new adults attended and enjoyed two days Induction training at Holcombe Moor Training Centre.
Lt Col Paul Smillie, Deputy Commandant (adults) led the weekend and was supported by a team of very experienced and professional adult volunteers. The training included, Drill, Navigation, Skill at Arms, Shooting, Fieldcraft and First Aid.
All new adults spoken too are very keen to get into the detachments they have chosen to parade at and meet the cadets.
Greater Manchester ACF adult volunteers and the permanent staff are doing everything they can to get cadets back into detachments, which includes the new recruits who are very keen to join us. Watch this space for more information.
