Cadet RSM Farrow has been appointed Cadet RSM by our Commandant Col Paul Smillie. Cadet RSM Farrow was presented with her new rank slide by RSMI Colin Dawson who recently visited her detachment in No 3 (Somme) Company.
The role of Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM), is a position that signifies a high point of cadet achievement and leadership within our organisation. This prestigious role is entrusted to a cadet who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership and commitment to the values and standards that the Army Cadets stand for.
Cadet RSM Farrow will play an important role in shaping the future of the Army Cadets, guiding young cadets in their personal development and in the cultivation of leadership and teamwork skills.
