Following interviews for Cadet Sergeant I would like to congratulate the following individuals;
Cadet Sgt Ellie Stokes
Cadet Sgt Piotr Peter Stokowski
Cadet Sgt Cameron Taylor
Cadet Sgt Alyssa Winder
These individuals interviewed well and are a credit to their Unit, Company and the County.
In addition to their leadership role they have all been allocated special roles with two teams within the Company to assist our cadets. Their rolls include;
Cadet Welfare/Mental Heath Awareness Team
Cadet Leadership/NCO Development Team
Our four new Cadet Sergeants will shortly present plans to the HQ Team. This includes myself as the Company Commander, the Training Officer, Capt Andy Pilling and CSM Matt Hilton. Once the plans have been agreed they will be rolling these out to the Company.
