Lt Col Sally Oakley attended her graduation at the Royal Military Academy through CVQO on Friday 15th October 2021. This was a delayed graduation as she passed her City & Guilds Membership Professional Recognition Award Level 7 (MCGI) in the summer of 2020, but the graduation was cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions.
The City & Guilds Professional Recognition Awards in Leadership and Management are regulated qualifications and represent a vocational route to higher education, by demonstrating, through reflective writing and supporting evidence that they have sufficient experience of leadership and management by meeting City and Guilds standards.
