The dedicated cadet force adult volunteers of Greater Manchester Army Cadets are invaluable. Some of them are working extremly hard in giving the cadets a fun and interesting Fieldcraft exercise. This has been helped by the support of the Fusiliers from 5 Fusiliers (A Company) who have been assisting with the fieldcraft exercise for the cadets. Thanks to CSgt Hills, LCpl Smith, Fus Hawkins, and Fus McDowell for showing teamwork at its finest.
The Manchester & Salford University Officer Training Corps (UOTC) have also been invaluable in helping to give a positive cadet experience.
A little about the Obstacle Course.
When returning to camp after the AT 2 very muddy cadets approached me to share what they had been doing today. The Obstacle Course.
LCpl Taylor and Fus McLeish were again running the obstacle course for the cadets. They were undeterred by the heavy rain that we had at times today. The two very muddy cadets shown this. They both said they loved every minute of it!
