Recently some of our Cadets have been doing a BTEC Teamwork and Personal Development - Level 2 Diploma with CVQO.
Captain Murray - #teamMACF CVQO Officer has told us:
"It's great to see our Cadets being able to transfer all the practical skills and training that they have received in the Army Cadets into formal, recognised qualifications, that they can use in their 'life after Cadets'.
This is great proof of learning for their CVs showing employers that they really understand what teamwork, personal development and self-reflection is, or to quote on their UCAS applications highlighting their knowledge of effective communication, the value of volunteering and development of character."
