Cumbria ACF Challenge Week Day 3

Today, Arnhem Company split into two groups, with half of the cadets spending the day at County Headquarters learning Skill at Arms on the Cadet Small Bore Target Rifle and taking part in Archery. The other group spent the day at RAF Spadeadam to put into practice all the fieldcraft training they have done over the last two days, and took part in a pairs fire and manoeuvre exercise.
Tomorrow, the cadets who stayed at County HQ today will head to RAF Spadeadam, with the other group spending the day at County HQ.

Burma Company spent the day at Dalton Detachment and Barrow ARC where they carried out a round robin of Skill at Arms on the Cadet Small Bore Target Rifle, Shooting, Drill and Fieldcraft training at Dowdales School.
Tomorrow, the cadets will be heading to Lakeside YMCA to take part in Laser Tag and fieldcraft training.

Today, Chindit Coy spent the day at Derwent Water in the heart of the Lake District taking part in some adventure training including Kayaking, Bushcraft, Raft Building and Ghyll Scrambling.
Tomorrow, will be more of the same!
