👏 38 Brigade Commanders Commendation 👏
We are delighted to announce that Captain “H” Harrison, Cadet Quartermaster 2nd (NI) Bn Army Cadet Force, has been awarded a 38 Brigade Commanders Commendation.
Capt Harrison is an exemplary officer who has served with the utmost distinction for 28 years in the Regular Army and more recently in the Army Cadet Force. A true stalwart of the Battalion he is utterly reliable and selfless, routinely demonstrating his exceptional commitment and dedication to 2nd (NI) Bn ACF, particularly during this challenging period of Covid-19.
This prestigious award has been presented due to Capt Harrison effortlessly covering a number of enforced gaps to key positions, including that of Cadet Executive Officer, seamlessly for a prolonged period of time. Throughout this turbulent time, he worked long hours in a quietly determined and self-effacing manner to ensure that the Battalion’s administrative and logistic support continued to function effectively. His leadership, diligence and professional commitment ensured minimal disruption and a smooth transition once required; a significant task and is a true testament to his superb ability.
