at the War Memorial in Lilian Bland Memorial Park Glengormley. In addition, War Memorials in Ballyclare and Antrim and Larne on Remembrance Day. Glengormley Cadets attended a special Remembrance service on the 11th of November and wreath laying ceremony to commemorate the Armistice and the service and immense sacrifice of our military and civilian service members and women. The Lord Lieutenant of County Antrim Mr David McCorkell laid the first wreath followed by The Mayor.
Glengormley, Ballyclare Larne and Antrim Cadets paraded on the 12th to lay wreaths and Pay respects on Remembrance Day at the Cenotaph in Antrim and The War Memorial in Ballyclare War Memorial Park and the War Memorial in Larne War memorial Gardens. Cadets and CFAVs were praised for their excellent Turnout and Bearing at all the Services of Remembrance in the face of very inclement Weather.
