Our new RSMI C Smith is excited to take post to help continue lead the battalion training, while working to maintain high standards across the Battalion. RSMI Smith is most looking forward to assisting both CFAVs and Army Cadets to ensure we, as a Battalion can deliver the best cadet experience possible.
BATTALION WELCOMES THE NEW RSMI
RSMI is the highest Adult Instructor rank, reached after you have demonstrated leadership and management abilities over a sustained period of time. By this time you will have considerable experience of the full range of Army Cadet activities and know the organisation inside out.
