On 29th-31st March, 90 Basic Level cadets took part in a training weekend designed to get them through their Basic training. The weekend included first aid, skill at arms, shooting, fieldcraft and drill and turnout. As it was Easter, it also included an Easter egg hunt with eggs for all!

The weekend culminated in an impressive parade, in which all the cadets marched infront of assembled friends and family, and were presented with their Basic Complete certificate and badge.

The weekend was a huge success, and a lot of fun. All the cadets made great progress and received a great introduction to Cambs ACF and preparation for many more great experiences to come, including Annual Camp in August.
