His Majesty's Lord Lieutenant for the County Borough of Londonderry Mr Ian Crowe laid a wreath on behalf of His Majesty King Charles and was accompanied by his Lord Lieutenant Cadet. The Colonel Cadets 38 (Irish) Brigade was also on parade to lay a wreath on behalf of 38 (Irish) Brigade, he was accompanied by the Cadet Commandant (1st (NI) Battalion Army Cadet Force) who laid a wreath on behalf of the Battalion.
The cadets all enjoyed the experience and for many it was their first time on a parade in public. The Commandant thanked the cadets and the Adult Staff for such a wonderful display on parade and remarked how proud he was of them all.
