Well, what a fabulous two weeks we have had at Annual Camp 2021, on our home turf of Otterburn Training Area. After largely 17 months of 'virtual' training we finally came back to 'face to face' residential training, following the Safe System of Training and being COVID safe. Wonderful to see cadets and volunteers back out on the ground involved with a variety of fun and challenging activities. So many smiles, meeting up with old friends and making new ones.
The Army Cadet Force offers a plethora of opportunities for young people from aged 12 and adult volunteers from aged 18+. We also now offer the Staff Cadet Programme for 18-21 year olds (if they meet the qualification criteria when they reach the age of 18).
