After seven years of dedicated service with the Army Cadet Force (ACF), Bobby Borland has retired once again from uniformed duty. Although he originally only came to referee a regional rugby competition he was actively encouraged to bring his knowledge and expertise to the ACF.
Returning to uniformed service in 2017, following an extensive tenure in the Army Reserve, he assumed leadership as Company Commander of Burma Company. In 2020 he was appointed Deputy Commandant and his final appointment was Assistant Commandant.
As Lt Colonel (Retired) Borland embarks on this new chapter, we extend our warmest wishes for a fulfilling and joyful retirement ahead.
