An Egg-citing Experience for all at Easter Camp 2023

Junior Army Cadets from across the Battalion took part in this year’s Easter Camp which was jam packed with daily activities, as well as earning their Army Cadet Syllabus (ACS) Basic Star Badges at Magilligan Cadet Training Centre.

There was a brilliant mix of ACS training with Fieldcraft, Target Shooting, Drill, and First Aid alongside Adventure Training days of Canoeing, Archery, Raft Building and evening trips to the Jet Centre, forging life long memories for the young cadets.

Cadet Jack Maxwell, Whitehouse Detachment said:

“I’ve met and made loads of new friends and the whole experience has really built my confidence”

Easter Camp develops a broad range of skills which go towards the cadets Star levels along with a fantastic mix of multi-activity programs spread across 6 days. Both staff and cadets had fun and an Egg-citing Easter Experience!
