Two brilliant adult courses held over the weekend at Holcombe Moor Training Camp.
New adults interested in becoming adult volunteers attended a Familiarisation weekend hosted by Lt Col Paul Smillie and his experienced and valued adult training team. The new adults were given examples of training and learning opportunities for cadets and adult volunteers. On the Sunday, each adult had an interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team which was led by the Commandant, Col Catherine Harrison.
The second course was the First Aid at Work Course which each adult volunteer in Greater Manchester holds. This was a refresher course to ensure all adult remain current and competent. The training was delivered by SSI Jason Spencer who is one of the County First Aid Training Team.
