During AC22 the Essex ACF AT (adventure Training) team have deployed 42 cadets per day to Bewl Water in Kent. The cadets have taken part in a mixture of Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle paradigm and Mounting Biking.

During the event the mountain Bikers have explored the over 18km perimeter route of the reservoir and have enjoyed seeing the sights around the route.

The Kayakers and Paddle boarder's have made the most of the refreshing water temperatures with a number of wet games including a finale 'king of the ring' game. The paddle boarding sessions have seen all cadets being able to stand on the paddle board and test their balance by getting into Various yoga positions and even attempting headstands.

Back at Crowborough Camp the cadets that have not attended Bewl Water have been taking part in archery sessions, in addition to the standard archery range a second range has been set up with the use of a patrol lane, The patrol Lane utilises the counties Foam Archery Animal targets, these include Deer, Foxes, a wolf, and the final shot at an Owl.
