RSM (Retd) Keith Ogle said:”
It has been a pleasure and privilege to finish my time within the 1st (NI) Battalion Army Cadet Force as the RSM and to hand over to RSM John Johnston who will do an outstanding job.
When I joined in 2011, I could never have imagined I would become the RSM. I have made so very good lifelong friends, but more importantly meeting and working with cadets, as they progressed into the adult world. To hear of them saying how much they loved cadets, it was the best years of their lives, and thanking the instructors who assisted them along the way to give them opportunities within and outside of the Battalion.
I wish the Commandant and all Officers,Non Commissioned Officers, staff and cadets all the best in the future as we move into 2024 and thank you for my time within the 1st (NI) Battalion Army Cadet Force”.
