This 5 day Mountain Bike Foundation is split into two parts. A 3 day course that introduces riders to the fundamental core skills and techniques required to confidently ride off road on technical blue graded trails and a 2 day bike maintenance course that equip the rider with the skills to repair their bike whilst out on the trail and conduct basic maintenance between rides.
