Reflections from RSMI Horn

I am honoured and humbled to receive this award. Over the past 19 years, I have worked alongside many fantastic volunteers who give up their time to deliver the cadet experience. While I appreciate this honour, the greatest reward is seeing cadets grow in confidence and ability through safe, structured training based on military values and standards. As a result, they gain the skills to face today’s challenges
