- Be More Independent: Learning to be self-sufficient when learning the clean your boots, iron your uniform or keep yourself, clean, dry and fed when doing fieldcraft teaches invaluable life skills.

Senior cadets within our organisation get given great responsibilities of supporting and training younger cadets in many aspects of the Army Cadet syllabus.
