The King's Coronation is a significant event for the entire nation and is one of the most important ceremonies that takes place in London. The rehearsal involved a parade through the streets of London, with the Army Cadets marching alongside the other cadet forces and the Royal British Legion. The cadet band from the Duke of Yorks Royal Military School led the six cadet force banner bearers including Army Cadet, Staff Cadet RSM Joshua Siggers (Kent ACF) alongside over 100 Royal British Legion Standards.

The overnight rehearsal was a test of endurance and discipline for the young cadets, who had to parade through the streets of London into the early hours. However, they rose to the challenge and displayed their professionalism and commitment. The cadets were under the watchful eye of many high ranking offers from the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force, who were incredibly impressed with their performance.

The Army Cadets have been preparing for the King's Coronation, with rigorous training at the Cadet Training Centre, Frimley Park. The event is an opportunity for them to showcase their skills and show how great the UK's cadet forces really are. The cadets are honoured to be part of such an important event and are determined to do their best. Each banner bearer for the CCF and ACF were selected due to them being named as Champion Cadets for each force in the recent Champion Cadet Competition.
