About Warwickshire Army Cadets
Looking for adventure, new skills, and a chance to make great friends? The Army Cadets is open to young people aged 12 and over, offering exciting opportunities across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
From fieldcraft and first aid to sports, teamwork, and helping out in the community, cadets take part in fun, challenging activities that build confidence and leadership—while having a great time doing it!
Our amazing team of adult volunteers (aged 18+) support and inspire cadets every step of the way—and they gain valuable qualifications and experiences too.
Whether you’re a young person ready for your next big adventure, or an adult looking to make a difference, there’s a place for you at Warwickshire & West Midlands ACF.

Are you ready for a challenge? Warwickshire & West Midlands Army Cadet Force is looking for young people aged 12 to join as cadets—and for adult volunteers aged 18+ to help lead and inspire the next generation.
As a cadet, you’ll take part in exciting adventures, make great friends, and learn skills for life – from first aid and fieldcraft to teamwork and confidence-building.
As an Adult Instructor, you’ll support and guide young people while developing your own skills, earning qualifications, and being part of a rewarding team.
Whether you’re looking for fun, friendship, or a new challenge – you’ll go further with Warwickshire & West Midlands ACF.
Our Senior Management Team are all volunteers with many years of experience within the Army Cadets
A “Normandy” Company – Based around the city of Birmingham, it’s Headquarters is located at Tennal Grange.
B “Al Basrah” Company – Based in Coventry with units in surrounding Warwickshire towns and villages, it’s Headquarters is at the Army Reserve Centre Westfield House.
C “Gallipoli” Company – Based around the city of Birmingham, it’s Headquarters is located at the Army Reserve Centre Stoney Lane.
Z “Minden” Company – Based in Coventry with units in surrounding Warwickshire towns and villages, it’s Headquarters is at the Army Reserve Centre Westfield House.

Promotion to Cadet RSM Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major King Congrats to Newly appointed Cadet RSM King in the field. This young man is a fantastic cadet and leader. He is skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate to others. He lifts morale wherever he goes and sets the tone and standard for others to follow.
