About Cleveland Army Cadets

Welcome to the Cleveland Army Cadets – where adventure meets opportunity! If you live in Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Redcar, Stockton, or nearby areas, we’re here to give you a chance to try something new, develop leadership skills, and make lifelong friends. Our cadets (12-18 years old) enjoy a variety of exciting, military-themed training and activities, all designed to challenge and inspire. Whether you’re interested in outdoor adventures, learning new skills, or taking on leadership roles, there’s a place for you in the Cleveland Army Cadets!

Cleveland ACF are recruiting for Cadets and Adult Instructors! Cadets must be at least 12 years old. Come and join us for adventure, fun, friendships and many skills for life.

Adult Instructors aged 18+ are needed to help develop the skills of our cadets. Additionally, Adult Instructors can also learn new skills, gain qualifications, and build their own personal skills. If you’re up for a challenge, you’ll go further with Cleveland Army Cadet Force

Our Senior Management Team are all volunteers, from different walks of life, with many years of experience within the Army Cadets.

B Company, commanded by Major Josh Heslop, covers Thornaby, Ingleby Barwick and Middlesbrough. B Company’s Headquarters is based in Thornaby.

C Company, commanded by Major Kevin Gibson, covers Redcar, Saltburn, Guisborough and Loftus. C Company’s Headquarters is based in Loftus.
