A true sense of belonging
Welcome from the Commandant
Welcome to Cheshire & The Isle of Man Army Cadets
We have are proud to support over 770 Cadets and 180 dedicated CFAVs across Cheshire and the Isle of Man.
At Cheshire & The Isle of Man Army Cadets, we offer young people a unique opportunity to develop skills, build friendships and experience a true sense of belonging – all within a nationally respected youth organisation sponsored by the Ministry of Defence.
Our cadets take part in a wide range exciting and rewarding activities: DofE, Navigation, First Aid, Shooting, Adventurous Training (climbing, kayaking etc), sports, music and the opportunities to achieve Vocational Qualifications. As the motto of the ACF tells us ‘Inspire To Achieve.’
I am proud to be the Commandant of this fine ACF County, ensuring cadets are provided with the best possible experience and that our CFAVs have opportunities to develop their own skills and talents too.
