Declarations and Consents

Membership Consent(Required)
I wish my child/dependant to be considered for membership of the Army Cadets. I understand that as part of the Army Cadet Syllabus they may participate in varied activities, some of which may be physically demanding.
Responsibility Confirm(Required)
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that all the information I supply to the Army Cadets about my child must be as accurate as possible in order to allow the Army Cadets to care for them. This includes, but is not limited to medical information, next of kin information, dietary information and any specialist needs.
Damage Consent(Required)
I accept that the Ministry of Defence and/or the Army Cadets cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items owned by cadets or their families.
Equipment Confirm(Required)
I accept that I am responsible for the replacement costs of any items of equipment and clothing loaned to me which are lost, damaged (beyond reasonable wear and tear) or not returned upon leaving the Army Cadets.

Photograph Consent
The Army Cadets frequently takes photographs and videos of cadets participating in cadet-related activities. For each activity outside of a detachment parade evening you will be asked for your consent for media to be captured, this can be withdrawn at any point, these images and videos may be used to promote the organisation in print, on the internet, social media and in the media.
