Isle Of Man Army Cadets

Home to over 100 cadets and almost 30 adult volunteers in 6 detachments around the island

The Isle of Man Army Cadet Force was originally formed in 1940 during the dark days of WW2. Since that time it has grown in stature and ability. There are currently 6 detachments based around the island at the following locations: Douglas, Onchan, Ramsey, Peel, Port Erin and Castletown. In total we have over 100 cadets with a healthy ratio of males to females and over 20 qualified adult staff - although we are always looking for more willing volunteers (no previous military experience necessary!).
