CTC Frimley Park – The Heart of Cadet Training

Established in 1959, the Cadet Training Centre (CTC) Frimley Park is recognised as the national hub for excellence in Army Cadet training. You’ll find us in the heart of Surrey, where we play a pivotal role in developing the skills, leadership, and confidence of both Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) and Senior Cadets across the UK.

The centre runs a wide range of structured and progressive training courses for CFAVs from both the Army Cadets and the Combined Cadet Force (CCF). These courses are designed to enhance instructional ability, leadership development, and overall support for the cadet experience.

For Senior Cadets aged 16 to 18, CTC Frimley Park also hosts two of the most prestigious events in the Army Cadet calendar: the Master Cadet Course, which marks the pinnacle of a cadet’s training journey, and the annual Champion Cadet Competition, where top-performing cadets from across the country showcase their strategy skills, collaboration, and perseverance.
