Welcome to the Black Watch Battalion Army Cadets

Looking for adventure, new challenges and lifelong friendships? The Black Watch Battalion Army Cadets provides exciting opportunities for young people aged 12–18 across Fife and Perth & Kinross. With 22 local detachments, more than 500 cadets agus 105 dedicated Adult Volunteers, we offer a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment where young people can thrive.

Adventure, Skills and Leadership

Every cadet enjoys a varied programme of activities designed to build confidence and develop practical life skills. Activities include:
