The Sector’s staff are committed to modelling good team behaviour, are diverse in skills and backgrounds, and open to learning in order to be good role models and to provide the best possible cadet experience.
Our cadets are enthusiastic, confident at developing new skills and inspired to be the best they can be. The sector staff and cadets are mutually supportive, working as one team, embracing the Army’s traditions, ethos, and the ACF’s Values and Standards.

Greater London South East ACF are recruiting for Cadets and Adult Instructors.
Cadets must be at least 12 years old.
Come and join us for adventure, fun, friendships and many skills for life.
Adult Instructors aged 18+ are needed to help develop the skills of our cadets. No prior experience is necessary.
Additionally, Adult Instructors can also learn new skills, gain qualifications, and build their own personal skills bank. You’ll go further with Greater London South East, are you up for the challenge?
Colonel M. Puller
Cadlywydd
Colonel Puller took post as Commandant of Greater London South East Sector Army Cadet Force in November 2025. Col Puller’s involvement with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) sponsored cadet forces started in 2006, as a member of the Air Cadet Organisation, and he has held a variety of roles, from commanding squadrons to various Sector, Wing and Region staff officer roles across the UK. From 2012-2015, Col Puller was School Cadet Expansion Officer at the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association for North West England and the Isle of Man (NWRFCA), leading the Cadet Expansion Programme supporting the opening of new cadet units in schools across the region. This was followed by numerous corporate communications and transformation roles within the Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) and Chief of Defence People (CDP) directorates at the Ministry of Defence. He is currently Portfolio and Strategy Director for a FTSE250 listed IT company, as well as an experienced Non Executive Director, having served on numerous Boards in the higher education, healthcare and charitable sectors. Col Puller studied Music and Modern Languages (French and German) at the University of Durham, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Surrey, and enjoys travel and music.
Lieutenant Colonel D. Konstantinious
Dirprwy Gomander
Lt Col Konstantinious joined the ACF in the late 80s as a youngster looking for a challenge and adventure. Some 30+ years later that adventure continues. After completing her cadet service she became a CFAV and has held many key appointments including Company sergeant Major, Sector Shooting Officer, Detachment Commander and Company Commander. During her appointment as ADC to Lord Mayor City of London and ambassador for the ACF she widen the participation for young people across London and has made links with industry professionals offering young people unique opportunities for work experience. As Deputy Commandant Lt Col K focuses on developing potential junior officers through a mentorship program. Lt Col K enjoys being where the action is and continues to support cadet training where practical. When not ACF'ing Lt Col K is a multifaceted Development Coach. She also teaches Martial Arts and Self Defence skills in local schools.
Major A. Ellison
Swyddog Gweithredol y Cadetiaid
Studied BA (hons) Dutch and MA linguistics at Hull University and moved London in 1998 where he worked for various companies using Dutch. He embarked upon a career in local Government in 2001, working for 3 SE London councils. He joined the ACF in 2014 and commissioned at Westbury in 2016 going onto hold posts as Detachment Commander, PR Officer, Staff Officer and finally Company Commander. He took over as CEO in Sept 2024.

Major D Twigg
Sector Training Officer
Major Derek Twigg has been with the Army Cadet Force for over 21 years, working in a range of Detachment, Company and Sector roles across the south east of England, rising through the ranks and building a deep, hands-on understanding of how the organisation works and the challenges it faces. He joined Greater London South East Sector ACF as its Training Officer in early 2026. His leadership style is approachable, adaptable, and focused on getting the best out of people - whether young or young at heart. Creating a positive, supportive environment where cadets and CFAVs can progress and build their confidence, try new things, and feel part of a strong supportive team and community, is something he’s strongly committed to. Outside of the ACF, Maj Twigg works in local government. He is married to Heather and has five daughters and five grandchildren.
SMI H Stallard
Sector Training Sergeant Major
SMI Stallard joined the ACF in 2010 as a cadet, starting her journey as a young person looking for challenge, development and new experiences. She remained a cadet until leaving to study Graphic Design at the London College of Communication, UAL. After completing her studies, she returned to the ACF as an adult volunteer, keen to give back to the organisation that played a key role in her own development. Since returning, she has been heavily involved in delivering training at detachment and sector level, with a particular focus on making training engaging, practical and accessible for all cadets. As Sector Training Sergeant Major, SMI Stallard focuses on maintaining high training standards across the sector while supporting the development of both cadets and adult volunteers. She is particularly passionate about creating positive training environments where young people can build confidence, resilience and essential life skills. In her civilian career, SMI Stallard works as a Senior Graphic Designer. Outside of the ACF, she is a keen gym-goer and football lover, maintaining a strong focus on fitness and personal discipline."
