Building the Leaders of Tomorrow

Completing the Senior Cadet Instructors Cadre is a valuable milestone. It encourages Cadets to challenge themselves, develop their abilities and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Furthermore, the skills gained through training can benefit not only the individual Cadets but also their fellow Cadets and detachments. By continuing to learn and share their knowledge, these young leaders can help others develop and succeed.

Every course completed represents another opportunity to grow. These six Cadets have demonstrated the commitment and determination that make the Army Cadet Force such a valuable environment for personal development.

Thank You to the Cadet Training Team

We extend our congratulations to all six Cadets on successfully completing the course.

We also thank the Cadet Training Team for delivering the training and supporting our Cadets as they develop their leadership and instructional abilities.

Today’s Cadets are tomorrow’s leaders. Their willingness to learn, improve and support others reflects the values at the heart of the Army Cadet Force.
