Reflecting on the organisation’s future, Colonel Calver said:

“You have seen young people leading, learning, communicating, taking responsibility and showing confidence… I hope today has shown you not only what we do, but why it matters.”

With over 600 cadets expected to attend Annual Camp this year — the highest number since 2013 — LNR ACF continues to demonstrate strong growth and engagement.

Following the success of this year’s event, the County now intends for Cadet Sunday to become an annual fixture, establishing a renewed tradition that celebrates achievement, strengthens community links, and showcases the impact of the Army Cadet Force for years to come.
