Компанія "Альма cadets spent an evening at Queen’s Barracks, developing their Skill at Arms and rangework skills in the Indoor Range.
The session provided an opportunity for cadets to build on their training, develop their understanding and put key skills into practice in a focused training environment.
Building Core Skills
Effective training starts with getting the basics right.
Cadets worked on safe weapon handling and core Skill at Arms techniques, developing the knowledge and discipline required before progressing to practical rangework.
Furthermore, every training session provides an opportunity to learn, ask questions and improve. By building skills step by step, cadets can develop greater confidence while working towards their individual goals.
Focus, Discipline and Teamwork
Rangework is about more than simply hitting the target.
It requires concentration, discipline and attention to detail. Cadets must remain focused, listen to instructions and apply what they have learned.
At the same time, training encourages teamwork and mutual support. Cadets learn alongside their peers, helping to create an environment where everyone can challenge themselves and develop.
Most importantly, these experiences help young people discover what they are capable of achieving.
