Recognising Outstanding Achievement

Glenrothes Woodside Detachment is delighted to congratulate two cadets on their well-earned promotions. These achievements reflect the dedication, commitment, and leadership they have consistently demonstrated within the detachment.

Both newly promoted cadets have earned the respect of their peers and instructors through their positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving high standards. As a result, they have demonstrated the qualities expected of junior leaders within the Army Cadet Force.

Promotion brings new opportunities as well as greater responsibility. Wearing a new rank is not simply about recognition; it is about leading by example, encouraging fellow cadets, and helping create a positive environment within the detachment.

As Cadet Lance Corporal and Cadet Corporal, both cadets will play an important role in mentoring younger cadets, supporting training activities, and demonstrating the values and standards expected of future leaders.
