The Army Cadets, in conjunction with the Tall Ships Youth Trust, offer transformative sailing voyages designed to empower young people through adventure at sea. These voyages provide a unique opportunity to develop essential life skills such as teamwork, resilience, leadership, and confidence in a challenging but supportive environment. Whether embarking on a coastal journey or an international voyage, participants work together as active crew members aboard their Challenger 72 yachts, creating unforgettable experiences and lasting friendships.

During a Tall Ships Youth Trust voyage, participants will fully immerse themselves in life at sea, taking on a wide range of hands-on responsibilities. They will learn to sail the ship by hoisting sails, steering at the helm, navigating using charts and instruments, and managing ropes and rigging. Daily routines also include working in shifts, standing watch, and contributing to essential tasks such as cooking and রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ the vessel. As they face changing weather conditions and the challenges of teamwork, participants will develop valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership, all while gaining a deep sense of achievement and camaraderie with their fellow crew members.
