Promotion to Cadet Corporal – Congratulations Cpl Reddie

There was plenty to celebrate at the detachment as Cadet Lance Corporal Reddie, Perth Viewlands Detachment was promoted to Cadet Corporal, recognising his hard work, commitment and continued development.

His promotion is a significant milestone and reflects the positive attitude and willingness to learn he has demonstrated throughout his time at the detachment.

A Promotion Earned Through Commitment

Throughout his cadet career, Reddie has shown a strong desire to develop his skills and take on new challenges. He is always willing to learn and, importantly, supports and encourages the cadets around him.

As a result, his promotion to Cadet Corporal recognises not only his progress but also his potential as a young leader.

However, promotion brings new responsibilities.

Leadership Begins With Setting the Example

As a Cadet Corporal, Reddie now has the opportunity to develop his leadership skills further and demonstrate the qualities expected of a young leader.

That means setting a positive example, supporting fellow cadets, accepting responsibility and continuing to learn.
