Ministrada com per\u00edcia e entusiasmo pelo SMI Rob Grant, a sess\u00e3o proporcionou uma vis\u00e3o inestim\u00e1vel da sa\u00fade mental, equipando os participantes com o conhecimento e a confian\u00e7a necess\u00e1rios para apoiar tanto os cadetes como os Volunt\u00e1rios Adultos da For\u00e7a de Cadetes (CFAV).<\/p>\n<p>O curso centrou-se na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da resili\u00eancia mental, na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio vital e na garantia de que os CFAV mant\u00eam o seu pr\u00f3prio bem-estar enquanto ajudam os outros. Atrav\u00e9s de debates interactivos e estrat\u00e9gias pr\u00e1ticas, os participantes sentiram-se inspirados e prontos para criar um ambiente de maior apoio nos seus destacamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Os instrutores elogiaram a sess\u00e3o pela sua abordagem cativante e impactante:<\/p>\n<p> \ufe0f \u201cUm curso fant\u00e1stico que todos os CFAVs deveriam ter.
