This well-deserved recognition celebrates the fantastic progress she has made since joining the Army Cadets, particularly the remarkable growth in her confidence and personality.
A Journey of Growing Confidence
Since joining the detachment, Cadet Kartavtseva has grown hugely in confidence.
While every cadet develops at their own pace, her progress has been particularly noticeable. As she has become more comfortable within the detachment, she has increasingly allowed her chatty, friendly and smiley personality to shine through.
Her development demonstrates how the Army Cadets can provide young people with opportunities to build confidence, make new friends and discover abilities they may not have realised they had.
Making Her Mark at Camp
A significant milestone came during Cadet Kartavtseva’s first-ever camp.
Away from the familiar surroundings of her regular detachment, she really came out of her shell. She embraced the experience, got involved and showed the personality that has made such a positive impression on those around her.
Her attitude and progress did not go unnoticed, with several of the detachment’s Adult Volunteers impressed by how much she had developed.
A Well-Deserved Achievement
Being selected as Cadete do Mês is a fantastic achievement and a recognition of the effort Cadet Kartavtseva has put into her cadet journey.
However, this is just one milestone in what promises to be an exciting journey ahead. With her confidence continuing to grow, she can look forward to taking on new challenges, learning new skills and making even more memories with her fellow cadets.
